You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.   USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK,  AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS All comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Sila~ on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain Sila~'s property.   RETURN POLICY The Sila~ designs displayed at the Site are available in select sizes only while supplies last.  The prices displayed at the site can be changed at any time without any notice or obligation.  Currently Sila~ only accepts any returns of any merchandise if the outfit is damaged on arrival to client or does not fit in accordance to the size required in writing via email by client. Sila~ is not responsible for any damages incurred in the transit of shipping. Outfits must be returned with in 5 days for a refund by our company check, returns later than 5 days and within 30 days will be credited with merchandise credit, good towards purchases in our store and online boutique, only. To ensure the quality of our couture collection, a restocking fee of 15% will apply to any formal wear that may be returned. There is a no-return policy on custom made outfits including any custom sizing, custom colors or custom tailored fit. There is a no return policy on bridal ensembles both 'AS IS' and custom made. We have made a conscious effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of Sila~ apparels that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.   LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES AND SERVICES To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which Sila~ does not control.
