Sila presents an Ode to the Mehndi ceremony (Rasm-e-Henna)with an exquisite couture ensemble in jamevar, kataan and chiffon silks.

The Jamevar silk blend kameez is a lush sunflower yellow true to tradition in color and style. It has a sweetheart neckline, full sleeves, front and back waist darts for shape and a back zipper.
The neckline, sleeves, hemline and side slits are handembroidered in gold metal bullion, metallic coil, gilt wire, sequins and crystals on an applique' of marigold orange. The entire body of the kameez is showered with tiny sequins for shimmer.

The kataan silk blend shalwar is a lovely mehndi green with detailing on the cuffs (paincha) to compliment the embroidery onthe kameez and has a scattered shower of sequins for added glamour.

The silk chiffon dupatta is 3 yards wide and one yard long. It is a tile design style with a yard long tile of yellow jamevar in its centre. The inner borders of the tile as well as the outer borders of the dupatta are completely embroidered to match the kameez and the entire body of the dupatta has a scattered shower of sequins.
