  • We needed an emergency repair to our HVAC unit in our condo. When we came home on Friday night, the unit had shut off. I called a few services and they were either already booked or didn’t offer weekend service if you weren’t already a customer. Sila called me back quickly. They were able to send someone out who was able to diagnose and fix the problem in about an hour. They were professional.

  • The installation went very well. The installers were very professional and left no mess whatsoever. The unit works great. I thought the price of the electrical work was on the high end. Sila sales rep made it clear that I could get someone else to perform the electrical work. To avoid the hassle of coordination, I elected to have all the work done by Sila Heating and Air Conditioning. They were able to run the wire in the attic, and it was a little tricky getting it to the soffit on the roof eaves. The electric wire and line-set pipes were concealed inside a piece of aluminum downspout.

  • Scheduling the service was quick, friendly and efficient. Somebody called the morning of the appointment to tell me that the technician was running slightly ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK to arrive early. Of course, that was fine. The technician arrived as expected and introduced himself and described what he was going to do. I had no questions, so he went about his business. He was friendly and professional. There were no surprises and nothing special that required attentiion, so we finished up with the paperwork and he left.
